Titan Construction Services LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Titan Dashboard platform and the TitanProperties mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to our employees, authorized users, and property owners.

We collect the following information from authorized users:

• Name and email address (for account access)
• Mobile phone number (for two-factor authentication and SMS reminders)
• Login activity and timestamps (for security auditing)
• Property addresses, financial details (rent amounts, expenses, mortgage info), and tenant information that you enter
• Property and receipt images you voluntarily upload via camera or photo library
• Tenant names, phone numbers, and email addresses that you enter for management purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity via SMS two-factor verification codes
• To provide access to the Titan Dashboard and TitanProperties platforms
• To maintain security and audit logs
• To provide property management functionality within the app
• To generate financial reports and track rental income and expenses
• To send SMS reminders to tenants on your behalf (if configured)
• To communicate important account-related notifications

4. SMS Messaging

We use your mobile phone number to send one-time verification codes (OTP) when you log into the Titan Dashboard, and to send rent reminders to tenants on your behalf. Message frequency depends on login activity and configured reminders. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, rate limiting, and audit logging to protect your information. Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security policies. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Each user's data is isolated and accessible only to their authenticated account.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only shared with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider.
• Twilio: For sending SMS verification codes and tenant rent reminders.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all personal data stored in your account.
• Update or correct any information at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

8. Camera & Photo Library

The TitanProperties app requests access to your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of capturing and attaching photos of properties and expense receipts. These images are stored in your account and are not shared externally.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Upon termination of employment or account closure, your account is deactivated and personal data is removed in accordance with our data retention schedule.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
